Payment methods
You can pay for the products you want to order through the online store in several ways:
• Cash on delivery payment at the time of delivery (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro)

Payment in cash upon delivery of the shipment
The cash on delivery option allows you to pay the value of the order upon delivery to the specified address, only when you see the goods in front of you. Cash on delivery payment is made exclusively in cash, to the courier upon delivery to the specified address.
Cash on delivery is possible on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
Payment by payment cards
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
Protection of user privacy when paying online
On behalf of Village Kids, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this information to perform their work. All Village Kids employees are responsible for respecting the principles of protection.
Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor Corvus Pay doo, so the entire payment process is performed on the Corvus Pay website. The payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
Refund
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Village Kids is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods.
Complaints Policy
Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods
If you have received a shipment and after opening the package found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is not correct, please contact us by e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone ) to e-mail: village.kids.rs@gmail.com and describe what kind of problem you have.
In the shortest possible time, we will respond to the reported complaint via electronic means (e-mail) by confirming the receipt of the complaint, i.e. communicating the number under which your complaint was filed in the record of received complaints and we will inform you about further action. The deadline for responding to a complaint is 8 days, and for resolving a complaint, it is 15 days from the moment it is reported.
Complaints about damage during transport
It is very important that you immediately report any transport damage visible on the product packaging to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The customer must report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If you notice such damage, do not sign for receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself. If the product is not damaged, and all pieces are numbered, you can sign for receipt of the shipment.
Delivery date
• After the order is confirmed, the order enters the processing status. After processing the order, you will be informed about the status of your order via email. The order processing period is usually 1 working day. All orders sent on weekends will be processed on the first working day of the following week. From that moment the delivery deadline is:
– 48 hours for the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
– 7 to 10 days for the territory of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro, Macedonia
• Deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays.
Picking up the shipment
The courier service brings the parcels to the delivery address between 08:00 and 19:00. Please ensure that during this period there is a person at the address who can collect the shipment. When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package to make sure there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to receive the shipment and immediately notify us via email at info.village.kids@gmail.com . If the shipment is apparently undamaged, you are free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier's address book. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at the address, he calls you on the phone number you left when creating the order and arranges a new delivery date. If he still doesn't find you at the address, the parcel will be left at the nearest post office where you can pick it up, or it will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to establish the reason for non-delivery and to agree on resending.
Exchange the size and exchange the item for another
The product can be exchanged for another within the legal term, provided that it is not damaged and used, and the return costs are borne by the buyer. As a customer, you can, but are not obliged to, state the reasons for the exchange. The exchange must be made within the legal term of 14 days from the day of receipt of the shipment.
• In case of deviation from the specified specification, we undertake to exchange the product for another one, and all costs are borne by the online store www.villagekids.rs.
• The warranty is not valid in the event of a defect resulting from improper use.
• In the case of exchanging the product for another size, the seller is obliged to make the exchange if the product is in stock. If the purchased product for which a replacement is requested is not in stock at that moment, the seller is obliged to exchange the product for another one at the customer's request, with a possible surcharge or refund of the price difference. In the event that there is no possibility of replacement, the seller is obliged to return the money to the buyer, and the return costs are borne by the buyer.
For respected complaints, the seller www. villagekids.rs bears all transport costs.
Right to withdraw
Dear customers, we inform you that in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 62/2014, 6/2016-dr.zakon and 44/2018-dr.zakon) purchases through our website (our online stores) www.villagekids.rs considers distance selling. If you have changed your mind about the purchase or after the delivery of the package you decide that the size, color, model, etc. do not suit you, within the aforementioned 14 days it is possible to make an exchange or get a refund of the money paid. If you want to cancel your purchase, the procedure is simple:
1. Contact us at the email address: info.village.kids@gmail.com The deadline for canceling a purchase is 14 days from the moment of conclusion of the contract between the consumer and the merchant.
2. We will confirm receipt of the complaint. After that, we will provide you with a Purchase Cancellation Form, which you need to fill out and send to our e-mail address: info.village.kids@gmail.com
Our operator will also provide you with the address to which you should return the purchased product.
3. You should return the product no later than 14 days from the day you sent the cancellation form to our e-mail address.
4. After receipt of the product and expert verification of its correctness, the money paid will be returned to you as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest.
5. If you withdraw from the contract before the delivery of the product, the money paid will be returned to you as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest.
